Description
Villa Ocean & Golf features a master bedroom with a king sized four poster bed with ensuite, bathtub, standing shower and steamer, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite and the third bedroom has two single beds with ensuite. There are televisions in all bedrooms with cable connection. Downstairs is a large air-conditioned lounge and dining area with cable television, CD, DVD and VCD, a movie library, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, garage and a golf buggy for use around the resort. Upstairs is an open-air pavilion with lounge and dining area offering breathtaking views of the golf course and the Indian Ocean. Simply the perfect place for entertaining or relaxing with a good book.
Villa Ocean & Golf has three fully trained staff to assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry and gardening. They are pleased to assist with any requirements to ensure you have a relaxed vacation in paradise. In-villa spa and massage services are available on request. Villa Ocean & Golf has its own battery operated four-seater golf buggy for use around the resort.
Guests have complimentary use of Le Meridien lagoon swimming pool, kids club and tennis/squash courts. Golf discounts are extended to villa residents. Car and driver available at a fee.

Villa rates are quoted in US dollars subject to 10% Government tax and 5% service charge
Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons
Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be sent on receiving confirmation of your booking.
Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to secure your reservation.
Deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees.
Villa check-in time: 2pm - Check-out time: 12 noon.
Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
Villa Ocean and Golf has its own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests.
The villa reserves the right at anytime in its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
