Accomodation
The five luxury suites unequalled in size feature king size beds, sound and visual aids, vast indoor and outdoor bathrooms, walk in wardrobes ,plunge pools, and gazebos.
The Master (Ambhara) has seperate study and plunge pool with overlooking the shimmering ocean.
The Junior Suite (Aastha) together with its own lounge and gazebo has a commanding view of the residence and also the ocean.
The garden suite ( Abian ) and bathroom looks into a private garden with plunge pool.
Above Abian, two ocean suites (Akansha & Ananta) their bathrooms and balconies all face the ocean and landscaped gardens.
Dining
The living, dining and audio rooms are designer appointed all with large seating capacity. The huge modern kitchen can cater for parties up to seventy to eighty persons.

Children
Up to two children receive complimentary accommodation in their parent’s suites using the day beds, however an additional charge for breakfast will be made, and if more than one vehicle is required for airport transfers the second car will be charged. Children’s menus, baby sitters and other specials are available including PS2’s, which can be arranged by our Resident Manager.

- - Rates quoted are for entire The Shanti Residence, with double occupancy per suite or ten (10) guests for entire suite. Study room or additional bedroom upon request. Utilization of the study room as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$50 and is only applicable when the Residence is booked as a whole.
