The Master Wing houses an upstairs master suite, with a timber floor, sumptuous en-suite bathroom, a large verandah and a small adjoining study room with a desk. The Guest Wing presents two ground floor bedrooms. One of the en-suite bathrooms is characterised by an open-air shower, and the other by an eye-catching stained glass window.

The 60-square metre, living and dining room is positioned on the upper floor in close proximity to the modern and fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen.

The living area presents a home theatre fitted with a large screen TV/DVD player. It is furnished with deeply cushioned sofas, chairs, and original chandeliers from Solo City in Java. Guests will relish the stunning views of clear open skies over the neighbouring Balinese rooftops, temples, palm trees and, on a clear day, the Island’s distant volcanoes. This delightful room is cross ventilated by the sea breezes that blow through the shuttered windows, which are further characterised by bevelled glass. Guests will enter the villa through a magnificent reception hall, located on the ground floor of the central building. Furnished with rattan planter chairs and sofas and complemented by parlour palms, this regal room opens straight onto the swimming pool. The splendid floor is composed of black and white granite tiles laid to form a traditional, diagonal chequerboard pattern.

Garden and Pool

Villa Batavia is set within a beautiful walled garden complete with an 18-metre freeform swimming pool that is reminiscent of a river pool. There is also a separate children’s pool complete with a bridge across to an island. This lovely area is planted with fruit trees, fragrant frangipanis and ferns, complemented by two waterfalls and a large rock wall with a water cascade.

Every need has been considered and a guest washroom is available for pool users, accessible from the garden. A secure parking area provides space for motorbikes and two cars.

Steam Room and Spa

On the ground floor of the Master Wing is an ornate Moroccan-style steam room with colourful mosaic tiles, a domed roof, built-in bench seating, and an enticing, two-tiered, coldwater fountain in the centre.

Traditionally, Moroccan baths are places to meet and enjoy conversation, so the temperature is therefore not too hot. The aromatic steam opens the pores, cleanses the skin and helps to relax aching muscles.

The main house is a fully restored traditional Javanese Teak “Joglo,” containing two master bedrooms, both featuring open-air ensuite bathrooms.

Situated on eastern cluster, the 2 two-bedroom villas are present with more spacious environment. When arriving at Villa Kipi, you will enter through traditional Balinese gates which lead to large stepping stones across lotus ponds and a water feature. This takes you to the main living and dining area. This area is spacious with high roofing, comfortable sofas, a dining table which seats 8 people, a 52cm plasma television, Bose surround sound system and a portable ipod dock. On arrival at Villa Sunset Indigo, you will enter a high and wide gate ensuring the villa is enclosed and secured on its 500 square meter land. Behind the gate, a water feature by the carport is welcoming guest surrounded by lush gardens in every corner of the property. The villa offers an open-plan living and dining area with privacy, which features simple look allowing natural breeze inside the main house.

A swimming pool completed with pool lounges and pool chairs on each deck, also a gazebo with its day beds, are set-up to spoil the guests with a full relaxing ambience.

For cooking need, the villa has an open and fully set kitchen at the end of the living area, with a staff/storage room at its corner. The staff can help with preparing breakfast at no charge aside from the grocery cost but tipping is suggested. A gardener, a pool attendant and a housekeeper are maintaining the villa on regular basis.

Each bedroom is set-up with four-poster double bed with fabric drape to enhance romantic ambience of the bedroom. All the three bedrooms have similar set-up and look, although the master bedroom is slightly larger than other bedrooms. There is a semi open-air bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet for each bedroom. Only the master bathroom has white terrazzo stone bathtub. The bathrooms are designed in an efficient yet comfortable and stylish set-up.
